End of School Performance

Wednesday night was performance night and
a little emotional looking back over the four years
The second half of the performance the children
did Aladdin and it was hilarious
Well done Year 6 you have been fab
They got the highest SAT results the school has ever achieved
Natasha personally got Level 5 and I'm so
happy for her

Leaving Primary School

Today my baby left Primary School
The photos below are from her final disco which was

SATS

I have a very clever girl. She achieved level 5 in her SATS. I'm so happy and proud. Her year achieved the highest ever SAT results and so as promised her teacher dressed in a banana suit

Last day at Primary School

Today is Natasha's last day at
Primary School. I think she has mixed feelings about leaving. Excited to experience new things but sad to leave a school she has become so comfortable with

Essie

Yes it has finally arrived in the UK and I'm addicted. It's fab. What are your favourite colours?

Natasha update

Natasha attended three induction days this week at Garendon and she loved it. No real nerves. Next week is also a busy one. She is performing dance at the Curve on Monday then she has performances on Tuesday and Wednesday at school followed by a school end of year disco and then break up for summer. Exciting times for us all.

The photo below is when she received a certificate from the Grammar School for the science days she attended.

Olympic flame

The olympic flame came through Loughborough on Tuesday. The atmosphere was great. Not long to go now, although not attending I shall be glued to the events in tv

Goodwood Festival of Speed

This weekend Jonathan and I spent it down at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Thursday afternoon after the worse storms for years had passed over home we drove down to a beautiful village called Lodsworth which was to be our base till Sunday. We stay in a quaint one bed lodge/cottage which was perfect.

Friday we were up and out early, early I mean 6.30am and off to Goodwood. We saw so many fantastic cars old and new and drivers racing up the hill climb. We visited corporate stands, sat in new cars, photographed them and so on over the course of the weekend. Best of all we did it together. I've included a few snaps below.

Huge approaching storm which cause havoc in Loughborough and home.
